R2S Summer Camp provides a holistic camp experience, combining sport, fitness, nutrition, and leadership/motivational talks and opportunities.
Benefits of R2S Camp:
Week 1: July 13-17
Week 2: July 20-24
Week 3: July 27-31
Week 4: August 3-7
Fitness instructor will work with the participants twice per week.
Participants will learn the importance of nutrition and how to make healthy choices according to the Canada Food Guide. Participants will also learn how to prepare healthy meals.
Leadership talks and opportunities will be given throughout the weeks for individuals to learn and grow as leaders. The more leaders we have the better our community becomes.
